Dr Oleg Togoyev, MD, PhD

Dr Oleg Togoyev graduated from the Russian State Medical University in 1997. He had a 2 year residency in pediatrics, followed by 2 years of “aspirantura” (higher postgraduate training in some field) in allergy/clinical immunology. That entire time doctor was working as staff pediatrician in Russian State Children’s Hospital as staff pediatrician and in the Research Institute for Pediatric Hematology as a researcher.

In 2000 Dr Oleg Togoyev visited StJude’s Children Research Hospital for a 3 months clinical attachment. Up to 2005 he passed PLAB- a British medical test, which allows practicing medicine in UK.

At the present time he works in American Clinic, Moscow, as chief pediatrician.

Dr Oleg Togoyev is involved in preadoption medical exams since 2001 and examined near 150 children referred for international adoption in different parts of Russia.


Dr. Alla Gordina

Dr. Alla Gordina is a Board Certified pediatrician, Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a member of its Section on Adoption and Foster Care.
Dr. Gordina graduated from Moscow Medical School in 1983 and for several years practiced pediatrics and pediatric dermatology in Moscow, Russia. Since 1994, Dr. Gordina has been practicing general pediatrics and adolescent medicine in Central New Jersey. She has special interests in routine pediatric care, adoption/foster care, and developmental pediatrics.

Dr. Gordina has presented her research at sessions of the American Academy of Pediatrics and other meetings.

Dr. Gordina has both participated in and organized several humanitarian missions to the Former Soviet Union. There she provided clinical and educational assistance to pediatric clinics, orphanages, and physician training seminars in Russia and Ukraine.

In 2006 the United States' Congressional Coalition on Adoption named Dr. Gordina “Angel in Adoption”. The same year NJ radio station WMGO-Magic 98.3 recognized Dr. Gordina as “Woman Who Make Magic”
